Our Story
As software operators, we created, grew and scaled software startups for most of our lives. We've seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to scaling up SaaS startups. Today, we back the bravest software founders from Latin America.

Saasholic was born from a deep passion for helping Latin American software founders build world-class companies. Our journey began in 2019, when we raised our first angel fund with friends and fellow entrepreneurs and the the belief that the next generation of SaaS innovators would emerge from LatAm, a region brimming with untapped potential. Since then, we’ve invested in over 40 companies, focused on building an ecosystem of SaaS excellence that is tailored to the unique dynamics of the region.
Our founders, all experienced SaaS operators and angel investors, had already collectively invested in over 100 startups and several exits before launching SaaSholic. This wealth of experience, combined with our community-driven approach, has allowed us to source and support some of the best early-stage SaaS companies in LatAm. Our hands-on mentorship, deep connections, and data-driven insights have helped our portfolio companies scale rapidly.
We’ve been fortunate to partner with incredible founders, many of whom were among the first to break the mold in the region. Today, with our second fund live, our growing portfolio includes companies in SaaS, AI, Fintech, and various other verticals, each of which is transforming their respective industries.

With a background in entrepreneurship and deep experience in SaaS and VC, Diego's goal is help early stage startup CEOs to scale their businesses to global success.

Gus has been working on scaling software sales teams and developing GTM for a long time, and his goal is to help our portfolio companies hire, scale and accelerate their revenue growth.

According to our founders, William is their guardian angel. William focuses on leveraging his operational expertise and vast network to support our founders to bring home the capital they need.

With years of expertise in M&A and Asset Management, Pedro is focused on supporting new investments and providing hands-on assistance to portfolio companies across key strategic and operational areas.

With previous buy-side experience in Private Equity and Equity Research, Vinícius brings an analytical approach to SaaSholic’s research and fundraising efforts, helping the firm deliver insights and connect capital to the region’s most promising SaaS founders.
