We invest in Latam founders with unique software startups, aiming to build large, category defining SaaS businesses. We invest at the earliest stages in a company's journey
There are often opportunities for investors to make investments into portfolio companies, and whenever the allocation allows, we strive to offer SPV opportunities to our LPs at very favorable conditions. That being said, this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on sufficient equity being available to meet demand, and it's at founder's discretion to select who's in/out.
It is not possible to place an expectation on returns given the early-stage nature of venture, but our funds have a typical duration of 10 years. We believe that the Seed stage opportunity drives the possibility of outsized returns, but this is balanced with a higher risk.
