Lifetime Value (LTV)

LTV stands for Lifetime Value, in other words, it is the metric that points out how much money your customer gives you during the period he stands in your portfolio. It is key for strategic startup planning, which determines the value of a customer to a startup. This means that you will be able to understand how much a customer spends on your products/services throughout your relationship with them.

Lifetime Value can be translated as the value in the life cycle, that is, how much on average your customers invest in your products or services during the period in which they relate to your company.
